This time of year is all about consumption and it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. Why does it have to be about buying more? That’s how the idea of making it a Green Friday came about. Let’s make this day about nature in our own little way! Find out how below!

Let’s go #BacktoNature for the day! Taking part in the Green Friday movement is very easy. Go out an take a photo of your favorite tree and share it on Instagram or Facebook. Any tree, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a Bios Urn tree!

Make sure to include the hashtags #greenfriday #biosurn and #biosincube in the photo´s comment section so that we all get to see them online!

Seeing a whole forest of people’s favorite trees around the world will remind us that today doesn’t have to be all about consumption, but about what’s truly important in our lives. Bring on Green Friday!

Green Friday Terms and conditions to win a Bios Incube

Green Friday Conditions of Entry

1. This Prize draw (the “Promotion”) is open to residents from any country around the world. By entering the Promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion will start at 12:00AM GMT+1 on Tuesday 20th November 2018 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is 11:59PM GMT on Monday 26th November 2018 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is free to enter and entrants can enter by posting a photograph of their favorite tree (it does not necessarily have to be a Bios Urn tree) on their personal Facebook and/or Instagram profiles labelled with the following hashtags in the photo description: #biosurn #greenfriday #biosincube.
3.  There will be one Winner who will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries on both Instagram and Facebook, held on Tuesday 27th of November 2018.
4. The Winner will be notified by us through direct messaging on the social media network the Winner participated on (either Instagram or Facebook), within one week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their Prize. Failure by the Winner to accept the Prize in the manner specified within one week will make any claim invalid and we will then select another Winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries.
5. The Prize is a Bios Incube postage included. For full details of the Prize please see the product information page: https://urnabios.com/incube/. A Bios Urn is not provided with the Prize.
6. Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow Bios Urn to use the name and/or likeness of the Winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the Winner’s name and photograph on our website and social media profiles. In addition, by submitting an entry, entrants agree to grant to Bios Urn a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any materials contained in the entry (including but not limited to text and images).
7. By submitting Materials to the competition, an entrant: (i) warrants that the Materials are its own original work and that it has the right to make them available for all the purposes specified above; that it does not infringe any law; that it is not obscene or libellous; and that it does not violate the rights of any third party; (ii) agrees to indemnify to Bios Urn against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of a breach of the above warranty; (iii) agrees to waive any moral rights in the Materials for the purposes of its submission to, and publication by Bios Urn and the purposes specified above.
8. We reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to cancel the Promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts in Lleida (Spain).
