Shipping and Handling
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
We deliver all of our orders internationally. Please refer to our product price list section to find postage information for orders. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday. Any and all orders processed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to arrange it to be sent to your work address. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.
Every customer is important to us.
We currently deliver internationally. Bios Urn has fulfillment centers in North America, Europe and Russia. We also deliver Bios Urns in South Africa, China and Australia but your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges and all associated shipping charges will be the recipient’s responsibility if you instruct us to ship anyway. Please note that the shipping options currently available to us, we cannot guarantee the integrity of our products would not be compromised or damaged during shipping. As such, please understand you are willing to solely bear these risks if you request us to ship anyway. If you understood these conditions and chose to proceed on buy our products, it will be taken that you accepted the consequences of the conditions. We will be more than happy to prepare your order for shipping. We are sorry that there shall not be any return policy applied to international shipping.
Please find out on your own regarding your local charges, fees and duties. There may be limitations on where and there may be some countries and locations that certain products do not ship to.
We are also looking for distributors around the world and hope that with the channel set up, we will be able to bring you the Bios Urn experience soon.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of products with a valid reason for return. Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, all products purchased on the website may not be returned for a refund or exchange.

Bios Urn reserves the right to limit or deny returns.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will endeavor to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time. Customer cannot vary or cancel the order as Bios Urn may have already processed the Customer’s order. No refund of payment is allowed.
